All but one game had margins greater than 2 touchdowns. In fact, other than the middle classification (3a) the champion was the team that most would have expected to win the title preseason.

Still fun to watch most of the games, though.
How fast was South Plaquemines? Did anybody on their side of the ball run slower than 4.9?
Randall Mackey had quite a performance.
Jordan Jefferson is a very talented QB who will be heading to LSU.
Bastrop's defense was incredible.
The Parkview game was great. They beat St. Amant and Redmeptorist (twice) in the same fashion. Long, slow methodical drives at the end of the game to take the lead.

They are LOADED!! and with undefeated teams all the way down to the 7th grade, look for them to stay loaded well into the future..

In Wisconsin, the smallest decifiet was 14 points with most up in the 30 point range. Kind of an odd year for state championships.
