We're looking at getting t-shirts for our guys who have gone above and beyond on summer training attendance (missed less than 4). What are some good slogans you guys have used/put on shirts like that?

Every time you sleep in every time you miss a workout every time you give less then 100% you make yourself that much easier to beat

We created a shield decal and a T shirt with the shield on it to reward our kids. Has more to do with a fitness test given before the 1st game that reveals who put in the work. The kid's get after it because they want the shield decal on the helmet.

Here's one I wouldn't use:
"I worked my a$$ off all summer and all I got was this lousy T-shirt".

Actually saw this on a xcountry runner's shirt, but I liked it:
"I busted mine in order to kick yours"

We just put "Summer" in addition to our logo, etc. on a newly designed t-shirt as a reward for kids working hard.
The thought was that by indicating it was for summer work, it'll provide incentive for next summer.
It's unreal how effective t's can be for kids and adults.

Buy a pack of "Strong(er)" shirts from Elitefts and put your team's logo on it.
My favorite slogan to encourage attendance is "if you don't come to workouts, you aren't allowed to play football this year."
