A couple years back some coaches posted some ideas for o line t-shirts. Need to develop an incentive to play o line. Any ideas or links to the former thread. Thanks for the help!

I really like something like this
H.O.G.S
hardcore offensive ground security
(pic of a tough looking pig with his arms crossed)
also always tell my lineman this quote. "It all starts up front"

We do a big "O" with a line underneath. OLine, get it?

Kind of at a "gangster" school. So we put "Buffet Life" on the front with a fork and knife to the sides, and on the back it says "Time to Eat".

FRONT
Selflessness.
Focus.
Intensity.
Hip Explosion.
Protection Oriented.
BACK
Offensive Linemen are better lovers.

I like this one, but I have a feeling I wouldn't be able to get away with that w grade 9s and 10s. Anyone have other ideas? This is something I'd like to look into for next year (too late for this season). Especially if I have a good crop of kids coming up with experience from minor football...get them and the returnees to be a tighter group.

I always tried to emphasize that everyone else(more or less) on offense tries to run away from/avoid defenders while the Oline tried to hit them. That's always a solid selling point to get kids excited about playing OL. If you play football because you like contact then OL is the position for you. As far as shirts, im not creative enough to come up with anything great.
