Help me out with a little project I'm doing this summer. 1 sentence or phrase for each position that illustrates the absolute core of their job.
Example
D Line: Own Your Gap
RB's: Protect the Football
O Line
WR
LB
DB
QB

That might be more of a hype thing than actually useful advice.

My line kids will break out (quietly mind you) to "Eff sh** up!" when we break out after offensive individual in pregame.
Overall, our program has sort of loosely adopted a quote from me during a moment of extreme enthusiasm where I implored them to "TAKE THEIR SOULS!!" To the point where our cheerleaders made it into a poster that hung on the fence behind our goal posts for our playoff game.

A defensive saying but: I'm always saying "where else would you rather be than right here, right now", the kids break that off to "right here, right now" LB slogan: "Violence never fails" consider your LB slogan stolen

Seriously, we don't do "positional slogans."
We do TEAM and PROGRAM slogans.
If you must do them by positions, enlist the kids' input. Will give them some "ownership," make them more meaningful.

DB's in Cover 3 nobody gets behind you or don't get beat deep
QB in Zone Read Give to Live
Team Saying if you don't get better you get worse!!
RB's 1 cut or your cut
DL we tell our kids if you don't what block the OL is giving you, strike him harder then he will show you. So go get the answers to the test!!
LB Guard pulls away backside A Pulls to you turn him to (referring to the RB turn him to your inside help) 4-3 Defense
OL Step on Zone Blocking pee on the knee of the defender (Get in position to pee on the knee of the closes defender in the direction of the zone)
WR on spot route take a picture meaning show your hands to the QB
OLB alignment to the tackle and WR be the apex of the triangle
Centers rules for snapping step before you snap!!

WR - Down The Field simple and straight to e point, we are going to do everything possible to move the ball down the field as quickly as possible.
Another one I like to use in the blocking after another dude makes a catch is "find work" to emphasize that it's their job to help their brother move the ball down the field. Nothing too intelligent about it.

For your offensive linemen. After the ball is sapped the new LOS is 3 yrs in that direction. you as the coach point to the defensive side of the ball. you linemen then understand that they must not have stalemates but actually move the LOS 3 yrs in a positive direction.

That's not too snappy.
When I was STC a big one for KO was "Who's ball is it?" "My ball!" It was a big distinction from "anyone's" or "our" ball, and it put the onus on players to get after it.

"Swing First"--------you're about ready to get into a fight, it can't be avoided, this is going down......I ask the kids what should you do when the fight's inevitable? "Swing First"
"A and E"---------------attitude and effort. Almost anything can be accomplished with it, almost nothing can be accomplished without it.

WR : "Spot the Ball"
Our WR really took pride in their blocking and nicknamed themselves "Stalkers" for their stalk blocking skills
