Organization, teaching on the fly, quick-paced drils that keep the kids' attention and allow them to have fun, drills that mimic real game situations...

Packing as much as you can into every minute your staff is with the kids and sticking to the schedule.

Accomplishing whatever goals you have at the beginning of practice.
This may be installing something new, master teaching what defensive checks to make vs. a new look, etc.
I agree that the other stuff already mentioned should usually be on this checklist of goals.
