Have any of you had to replace a few uniforms out of a whole set? My school is set up on a rotation for new uniforms and I am not due new ones for 2 more years. My problem is the previous coach did not get all uniforms collected from seniors and I need to replace those. I want them to have the identical design. Will most uniform manufacturers do this?

First, turn Seniors' names-numbers of missing jerseys into HS administration. Let them collect them - they're effectively stolen goods (put fear of God or at least police into kids). Tell AD if we don't get them back he's going to have to budget for replacements.
They can give them a week to return them, even send them home from school to get them.
If you still have to fill in for those missing, most manufacturers will but depending on how many you need it can be costly.

Most will. Most require a minimum number. I use Russell and we sell some of the jerseys each year to seniors who want them. We have Russell replace them. With a minimum of 6, they are the same price as the originals. Less than 6, you are going to pay several times the original cost. There are even companies who specialize in this sort of thing (cut and sew houses).
