We get 10 Days to practice Full Pads but the Scenario is, I may not have a full staff put together or in this state working when Spring starts.
We will be a 2 platoon team, but should we teach both sides of the ball in the spring since we could be missing 2 out of the 4 defensive coaches in the Spring? maybe 1 Offensive Coach but unlikely...
Are what would you do in the Spring? Suggestions??
This is a worst case scenario, but I am open to ideas...

Sure, work fundamentals, sometimes a player surprises you at a new position.

Yes. It might be a good idea to simplify the defense for spring. Maybe one base front and coverage and work it to death. I would think with a two platoon system you could really get some good team time in the spring even if you are only working a few offensive and defensive concepts.
