from a recent blog I read how you can pay the $25 and get the coaches film from NFL games... is this also a possibility with NCAA games?

Some schools sell or will give you film/cutups. Texas tech use to sell game film but I'm not sure if they still do

In my experience, you just have to find guys (not necessarily who work at the college level) who have access to that stuff and trade. I've had good experiences trading with coaches who have emailed me about certain things they are looking for and vice versa. For the record, I don't give out our own film, but have plenty of other NCAA and NFL film in my library that I trade.
(I know I'm not supposed to advertise trades on this forum so I'll cut it short)

film junkie: I too am a film junkie. I have scoured you tube for all-22 cut ups. Air raid specific film is what I'm looking to review to help our school out. I am a HS Defensive Backs coach who faces spread option/air raid/zone read teams and would love some help watching NCAA film to see how they best defend against it. Thanks!

You won't see a service like what is offered for the NFL for the NCAA unless it is done by conference. The Big Ten is the one that comes to mind that has the network, infrastructure, cloud computing, etc to do it. The problem is that some schools won't do it unless everyone does, which is how the NFL did it.
But yes, if you want gamefilm you can get it the old fashioned way -- ask. The one other solace is that many NCAA broadcasts take a wider angle than the NFL, and you can find many, many games on youtube now. So it's not all-22 but it is better than nothing.
