So I am the OC, I love Oregon's slogans of Win the Day and Play Hard, Play Fast, Finish. That being said, I refuse to use them like so many other teams that are a Hurry-Up, No-Huddle.
I am looking for ideas for our team...Here is what I have so far:
*EVERY Rep, EVERY Play, EVERYDAY! *ALL Out, ALL Day, ALL SEASON! *ALL you got, ALL THE TIME!
Right now, I am leaning towards the last one. I like it, but I also like that when I break down an offensive group, instead of saying "1,2,3, Score!" or something like that, I can say "ALL YOU GOT!" and the kids can respond will "ALL THE TIME!"
What do you guys think? Anyone else have other ideas?

A few we've used...
Good teams play to win. GREAT teams play to DOMINATE.
Perfect Attitude - Perfect Effort
Get All-In and Go All-Out

1-0 Today (same concept as win the day)
Play like a champion today (we live by Notre Dame so this has always been popular)
It simple...Just Score
Deeds not Words
OPS...One Play Somewhere (Was our defensive motto one year after a tough playoff loss, where one play somewhere would of made the difference in the game)
Blame No One, Do Something, Expect Nothing
Finish (Finish every drill, every play, every drive)

I love the Oregon slogan "Win the Day" it does not have to be attached to a spread team. We are using it with our kids everyday right now. Weight Room, Winter Sport, Spring Sports are coming up, Academics, in the community. We should be striving to compete and win in everything we are involved with.

I also use Win The Day. We tie it into our weight room, and in the classroom.

At my new school it's about to be "Please use Vaseline."
Seriously though, I have seen many good ones. I like Huey's win the day with his start fast, stay focused, finish. I have seen "Do your job right." "Effort is a choice, not a skill "

"Effort is Not Optional"
"This isn't Burger King - you don't 'Have it Your Way' here!"

My high schools thing was "Discipline. Desire. Dedication. Self Respect. Victory. Every Play." Pretty much on a daily basis we were reminded of one of these things be it not hustling enough, missing an assignment, or lack or effort. It was a big deal. We started practice off by saying these everyday. And during the season they were hung around town. No matter where we were we weren't out of sight of being reminded of them.

Want to make it yours, then say 'Do it the XXXXXXXX way' and demand high effort/commitment.

Our slogan this year was "Play for the Brand."
Program is 5 years old, we have won 3 straight state championships. Message was nobody was bigger than the team. In the old west, Cowboys were loyal to their brand or the company they rustled for, their brand was everything to them. We wanted our program to be everything to them. First perfect season to boot. Still hashing out what we want for next year.
