only thing I would change would be replace the numbers with bullet points. All are #1!

Heres my list:
1) you need the kids- build relationships! 2) you need athletes- build relationships with the athletes or get their friends first. 3) you need quality assistants- build relationships- hire the good ones and let them coach 4) you need the administrators- build relationships- earn their trust and respect and support 5) you need the parents- build relationships- earn their trust and respect 6) you need the maintenance people in your building- build relationships 7) you need the faculty- build relationships 8) sound, simple approach to xs and os 9) fundamentals like nobodys business,blocking, tackling, ball security 10) discipline/desire to be a champion

I guess I would question #1 somewhat. If by flexible and evolving you mean that they have a sound system that they can "tweak" to capitalize on their personnel then I agree wholeheartedly. But if by flexible and evolving you mean changing systems to cater to personnel, I have seen that work but it's more the exception than the rule at least in my area.
Most guys in this area who are successful have an identity and are going to do the same or very similar things year in and year out regardless of who they graduate. They have great feeder programs and beat teams w/ the excellence of execution.
So if intended the 1st way, agree completely. The second way, not so much IMHO.
