We are running a team contact camp this summer at another high school.
What have you guys liked/disliked about camps you've been to in the past?

#1 safety - (several trainers/emts there and accessible) #2 organization (Indy/small group/team sessions) and set schedules
Anything else can be worked out.

I agree with those two for sure. We like flexibility too. We schedule the last hour of our 4-day camp for scrimmage/7on7/inside run, etc; but then we leave the rest of the time up to the coaches to do their own thing, or schedule contact with each other; so it works for all. Some coaches want a lot of contact, some want very little; so we try to accomodate.

Thanks for the input.
We are hosting a 4-day, 3-night camp.
Basically, the morning and afternoon is wide open to whatever coaches want to do (practice, scrimmage, team-building, etc.). It is up to them to set up scrimmages with other teams if they choose to do so.
At night, we will run a 7-on-7 tournament and linemen challenge. The camp concludes with a "game-like" scrimmage.
We are also going to have a weightlifting/speed & agility competition on the first night of camp.

I got the email for your camp coach
I run a 3 day camp here
This will be year 3... It's growing bigger and better each year
Had 8 schools and close to 500 kids a year ago. JV and var
I'm capping it at 8 schools but it will be bigger this year because last year only half the programs had JVs. I already have 6 big programs scheduled who I am confident will have 80+ total players attending
We do roughly (not exact, just off too of my head)
30 minutes by yourself 60 7 on 7 and OL/DL challenge
45 scrimmage 15 GL challenge
Dinner
30 by yourself again (added for warm up time and for the stragglers) 90 scrimmage 15 GL challenge
We have 1.5 fields for varsity... 6 teams always playing while 2 sit out for rest
1 field for JV so 4 play while whatever is left sit out
We get a ton of football in and it has become our biggest fundraiser of the year by far
We do $40 a kid. T shirt and dinner each night included
Camp goes 3:00-8:30 each day
