If given the opportunity to buy whatever you wanted for your program, What would it be? What would you rank as the most important needs?

for a poor school we have a good amount of field equipment(various sleds, bags, chutes etc.)
If i got a wishlist it would include the following
1. Jugs Machine 2. Weight Room accesories- the weight training classes in school mess up the room and lose things it would be nice to have manta rays for squats, clips for dead lift, and some other training accessories 3. a HUGE whiteboard for us to use so we can keep track of personal and team records in the weight room 4. trash cans, not very expensive, just havent gotten around to buying them, although i plan on using them next year 5. $$ to bribe officials with

1) New 5 or 3 man sled..heck its a wish list..5 AND 3 man sled . 2) More linebacker pads. We don't have a lot of "field" equipement. 3) I like coachbud's list..so i'll take one of each of his too.

Um how about 4 or 5 more athletes at least 6 feet tall that run 4.4. 5 OL that stand 6'5 300 lbs and can move, and all of the above make straight A's be students of the game, and never get into any trouble. Is that too much to ask?

1. Just give me athletes that are committed to me and my program, the program will do the rest!
2. 5 Solid assistant coaches willing to put the tome and EFFORT into a full season, no missing practice because of Hunting.
3. Administration that will let the athletes get in the weight room in the same period with me.
4. Parents that don't second guess every decision coaches make, and unteach their kids what coaches just taught them. (Their way is way better apparently!)
I am not joking this is my wish list, but my administration thinks I am asking them for way to much!

not to highjack the thread but how many of you ask for the careers of the parents of your players?
I got this from bill williams. he always asked for the jobs of parents he coached. this way he found the skilled labors and they would usually build whatever he needed. when he was coaching high school, all his shoots adn sleds were built by welders, pipefitters and sheat metal workers.
just a thought. most parents are willing to help if they know it is directly going to benefit their own kids.

Part of your check to buy some of those items?? It would take about 3 years of my checks to buy something on that list Seriously I would like an end zone cam and a few big linmen to fill up the screen on that end zone cam.

Seriously I would like an end zone cam and a few big linmen to fill up the screen on that end zone cam. These are my two wishes! I'll add more time in the day as that could solve most of my other problems.

You know we got a Jugs machine and I don't really like it that much.
It does not get the spiral as well as a true passer does. It's all over the place. It wrecks footballs. It's a pain and the ass to take out and in. I dunno, I just think living without it is just fine. There are better things I would rather spend our money on...
