In Youth Football you can teach great fundamentals, have fun, play everyone, be great sports and win. These aren't mutually exclusive goals.

This is a great idea. I wonder how many programs are doing this? USA football should get involved so a national winner can be chosen. I don't see your winners listed or a link but would be interested in learning about the selection process.
