The Louisville Nike COY clinic is February 15-17.
This will be my first clinic. I'd prefer to go to a Glazier Clinic or the SW Conclave, but this is the most reasonable option for me at the moment. A high school coach from my county/district is speaking, and we'd really like a chance to meet Saban or Rodriguez.
On top of all that, The Who are playing the KFC Yum Center that Saturday night. How can you beat that?
Is anyone else going to Louisville? What can I expect from the clinic and city? Any hotspots to hit on what downtime we may have?

I'm going to the NIKE COY in Louisville with a buddy who went last year. It will be my first clinic so it will be great to sit and learn from guys from all walks of the football life. My buddy knows Louisville scene better than I do (from his prior experience) and we will probably finalize the weekend plans in the next few weeks.
I'm also going to the Glazier Clinic in Nashville and considering going to the Glazier Clinic in Indy. I've got a couple of other clinics/camps in the next few months that I"m looking at as well.

IIRC, my buddy told me that it's downtown Louisville near the river. He stayed in IN last time and came across and it only took 5 minutes to do it. Can't remember much of the other details that he said

4th street live. Walk over there from the hotel.

4th street live is good but can be quite pricey. Bearnos Pizza is within walking distance and is a great place to eat. I've been to the clinic for a few years and it has improved significantly over the years. As you said Saban will be there so they have upped their clientele a lot.

Me and some coaches from Jersey are driving out to see Saban. If anyone knows where we can get a little crazy while we are out there let me know.

From what I can tell, there and plenty of bourbon-specific places. I'm looking for a good blues bar.
If anyone would like to meet up that weekend, feel free to PM me. Would love the opportunity to hang out with some of you!
