What is everyone using their check for??
AFTER BILL PAYING that is!
Q: better to pay @ a GRAND for a projector (which would be portable!) or 2-3 GRAND for a new TV???

Usually spent the coaching check on DVDs (to burn season highlights / games) to give to the kids Coaching Videos
Pizza party for the kids I'm coaching....
I normally end up spending more money than I "make" by the end of the season.

Bought a $2,000 used car to replace the one my son totaled. Now here's the punchline - my daughter totals this car after 2 months. Now my wife's Track Stipend (just advanced to us) has bought a replacement for that one. Advice to anyone in South Florida - don't accept a ride from one of my kids!

putting it in savings. Saved most of my check last fall and all of my track check from last spring. Will be buying my dream boat next spring. Will have a nice down payment for the boat.

Mine is paying off the balance of the engagement ring I just bought. In the past i have always used it to take a nice tropical vacation over Christmas break.

Buy Christmas presents, that is if the check gets cut from the central office in time. If not, pay the bills from Christmas presents.

Mine gets added to my teaching salary as well so most of it goes to the government. What I have left over I'll buy a tank of heating fuel so I don't freeze to death this winter.

pay the bills. Especially after having our son...well, I guess my wife had him. I just paid for it.
By the way, dacoachmo, buy the projector. Far more you can do with it. Plus, you can take it home!!

Hopefully my wife is paying the bills and keeping the homestead running. If she is using it for anything else I am in big trouble.

After taxes, I "donated" all the money I made in football coaching to my 13-year-old daughter by deposit it in her saving account. My daughter keeps telling not to quit coaching football...
