Our HC/DC and 9th Grade HC meet on Saturday for about 5 hours and Sunday staff meets from 3-until.
Us on the offensive staff text each other on Saturday, but we meet 100% on Sunday 3-until usually 8. Hudl has made the process so easier. We spend a week in summer breaking down each team and placing that in the folder. Off-season breakdown helps teams, especially when schools don't change much.

I coach in Fla and we have been pretty good through the years. We usually watch our own game Friday night (no breakdown). get everything on Hudl on sat morning. Depending on what's going on may or may not breakdown some on saturday, will watch some of it for sure. 1pm on Sunday coaches meet watch our own game, do tackles and loafs. Then watch the other team, however many films we have. 2 coaches breakdown the stuff on Hudl while one coach draws up the scout team O cards. We usually go from 1-5 to 6 regular season, 8-9 or later in the playoffs.
