We feed our guys a pregame meal on Friday around 4:00. Right before that we have a short meeting to go over any last minute reminders, sometimes a motivational video and we also have a short devotional. The meal changes week to week.
After the game we always wash the uniforms and our team is around 30 players.

Friday only. Moms make-bring in Pre-Game meal. Trainer and I give them suggestions.
No "motivational talk" unless you count my two minutes of Kick off or receive, what game means to Team and what we have to do to win just before hitting field.
Kids wash their own cloth.
We are a school of 421. Have 27 on Varsity, 26 JVs (Freshmen-Sophomores) this year.

Our kids get fed dinner on Thursday before every home game. What we eat switches up from week to week. This year, we've had chicken, salad and fruit as well as burritos and fruit and pizza, salad and fruit. Sometimes we've done pasta, bread, salad and fruit.
They also get fed every game day around 4:00. Our pre-game meal consists of peanut butter and jelly sandwiches, bananas, granola bars and water.
We don't have a motivational talk per se, but we do show a motivational video consisting of the previous week's highlights. Instead of amping them up before the game, I try to get them to focus on what they need to do to be successful (focus on every play, read your key, etc.). We do this right after our pre-game meal.
We don't wash the jerseys. The kids are responsible for their own laundry.

We feed them a pre-game meal on Friday at about 3:45 (we play at 7:30). If we have a long away game, they are given subs after the game as well.
We occasionally feed them pizza on Thursday night at the stadium while the JV plays.
We wash their cloth, both varsity and JV.
We have about 40-45 varsity and about 35-40 JV. I did this at my previous school with 55-60 varsity and 55-60 JV.

We feed them the day of the game, and wash all the cloth after the game. And on long road trips we feed them after before we load the bus.
