Could this offer also be open to European coaches? Most of us coach on a voluntary basis and the clubs are often times very strapped for funds.

As a coach in Germany I'm very interested in this offer too.
vmorazorback, I just send Glazier an email, asking if we european coaches qualify for this scholarship.

Got a reply today.
I coach in the age group of 12 to 18 years, that group DOES NOT qualify for the youth scholarship.
