I'm normally not a sucker for youtube videos, but this one got me pretty fired up. I'm going to upload it to HUDL tonight for our kids to see.

It's good but I have to say that when the guy starts talking about not sleeping I think he's lost his freakin' mind.

How do you upload you tube videos to Hudl? Download a program called jDownloader, it lets you download video from just about anywhere on the interwebs. From there, convert if necessary and fire up Mercury! Edit: I lied, I don't know why it's being a pain, but youtube is proving incompatible at the moment.

I use Keepvid.com to convert YouTube videos. It coverts the videos directly from the website so you don't have to download any programs onto your computer.

I had already found this and showed it to my kids a few weeks ago. They promptly went out and hammered a decent team 30-0. Now, everytime someone (with at least some talent anyway) slacks off, I just shout "HOW BAD DO YOU WANT IT?!' and they are a superstar on the very next play. I'm not sure how long we can ride it, but it's the first thing I have done that has been able to do to get them to show some fire. It's finally getting to the point where I don't have to say it very often.

I don't pretend to think that not sleeping for 3 days is a worthwhile goal, but I've actually been at that point many times where I'm super frustrated that I'm tired and eventually need sleep. I enjoy sleeping, but there are definitely times where I would be happier if I could stay up watching film or reading or just having brain exercises on paper. I guess I'm half successful? Coachmoore, that's a fun story, glad you found a way to make it work

It has been shown that psychosis is one of the side effects of the not sleeping. So, I guys if you want crazy players, not sleeping for 3 days is a worthwhile goal. Otherwise, rest and recovery are better options.
