This is more of an offseason deal, but has anyone ever conducted a scouting exercise with another staff?
Basically, prep like you are playing one another. Watch film and develop a gameplan, and then share it with one another.
Having never done this, I imagine you need to work with a staff not on your schedule, as well as one with whom you have a good, trusting relationship.
With the advent of Hudl, I would think this would be easier to swing with an out of state team as well.
Thoughts?

It's an interesting idea for killing off season boredom and would provide an neutral outside opinion, which I think is a good thing, kinda like an independent consultant giving honest feedback.
