For those of you who use helmet awards, what is/are the criteria you use for giving those out to players?

What I have given in the past has been
Individual- Scoring a TD-1 sticker Interception-1 Recovering a fumble-1 Causing a fumble-1 Throwing a TD-1 100 yds rushing-1 for each 100 yds 200 yds passing-1 Big block-1 Big hit on D-1 Offensive player of the week-1 Defensive POW-1 Special Teams POW-1 Most Tackles-1 JV Offensive POW-1 JV Defensive POW-1
Team- 300yds of offense-1 100yd rusher-1 200yd passer-1 4 or more TDs on offense-1 Defensive shutout-2 Allow fewer than 100yds-1 3 turnovers caused-1 Win-1 Punt return for a TD (that specialty)-1 KOR for a TD (that specialty)-1
Anything else coaches feel needs recognized

OFFENSIVE HELMET AWARDS
PLUS
WIN=all get 1 Hustle=1 3 Pin blocks =1 3 Cut Blocks=1 2 or more blocks in one play=1 Great run=1 Key block on scoring play=1 Throwing/Catching TD pass or 2 point play=1 5 receptions or more in one game=1 Clutch catch=1 Run or pass 20 yards or more=1 Score 21 points or more=all get 1
MINUS Fumble Mental Mistake Penalty Loafing

Got away from the individual stickers a few years ago...now we just give decals for team goals achieved. Kids only get stickers if we win.
Only individual awards we give are Practice Player of the Week and Special Teams Player of the Week.
