wow airraider thats a long session...
as a rule we try not to go over 2hrs... this includes a 5-7min dynamic stretch, 15-20 ST session either middle or end of practice (sometimes 10 depending on time of year) and when conditioning isnt integrated with STs, conditioning as well. We do run over time but never more than 15 minutes no matter what circumstances. Only time we go over 2hrs is if flow is going really good or conversely, bad. We go as up-tempo as possible but with a roster of approx. 35 we are limited with what we can do from day to day. I truely couldnt imagine going more than 2hrs 15minutes but with larger rosters I could see it.
This year we believe we have enough linemen on both sides of the ball to 2-platoon so our practice structure is going to change but still stay within those time constraints
