FCCA Clinic March 23-24, Burlington, ON. Very accessible for guys in MI, Western NY, as well as northern OH, IN, and IL. Expect to see our very own steelhawk talk about chest-to-chest tackling.

I know it's incredibly early, but does anyone have any information on coaching clinics in early 2013? Holy smokes! Your way ahead of me Coach.

Please. The FCCA is a cabal, and you're on the inside. How could you not? Ontario HS and club coach running a pass-first max-spread scheme? If it was up to some of those guys that's all they'd ever talk about.

When i first read clements post i spent a lil bit wondering what states abbreviation was ON. Glad i figured it out... lol
As for clinics-
im prolly gonna get a glazier pass. Bay area, LA, and maybe Vegas. Whenever they are. Ill definitely be goin to vegas though. Maybe for the nike one instead.
As for triple option, cal poly in san luis obispo puts on a great clinic every year. They run a lot of option. They also do no huddle stuff. Good staff, very helpful. And they have a great tri-tip dinner. And its in the most beautiful part of CA in my opinion.

If it was up to some of those guys that's all they'd ever talk about. LOL, that was a bit extreme. Seriously, they didn't have a clue who I was 3 years ago...I actually approached them and asked if I could speak at the clinic. They liked the presentation and as a result they asked me back. I actually think they struggle to find enough Canadian coaches willing to speak at their clinics. I doubt they would turn anybody down that approached them. I would love to hear a Chris Clement presentation on the 11-1 defense...or is it the 10-2 in Canada? Or how about a double wing presentation...Apparently the university of Ottawa is running the double wing next season - but I'll believe it when I see it.

Ahem. It's called the Gap-Man, and it's not just a double wing, it's double wing with a flanker who will make your DE wish he was never born.
I will chortle mightily if UO does that.
I just get frustrated with how clichéd some of the stuff I hear around the FCCA is, and they seem a lot more concerned with a guy's brand than his ideas.
Maybe I'll give them a call. I do think some of those guys would chit if they saw my stuff.
