I was wondering if there are any suggestions for how to conduct an all-star game week. Also, the amount of offense and defense to try to institute This is my first in which to participate at all and am the head coach. Thanks.

Call some other coaches that have done it. If you don't know them then it is a great way to meet them. Ask what they thought they did right and what they might have done wrong also. Ask if there was somethings they would do differently.
