We have decided to try and review some weird football situations that don't happen often during a special segment of camp every 2nd day, 1 or 2 situations so if they occur we are prepared. The list we have so far is below, can anyone else think of other things to consider?
1. O backed up on 1 yard line, must hard count. 2. D on O’s 1 yard line, expect hard count. 3. 2nd or 3rd and goal from the 12-15 yard line, routes must get to end zone 4. Hail Mary 5. Hail Mary D 6. O must kill 6 seconds, can not take a knee – Punt snap and Run Around 7. D must strip the RB, can not tackle 8. QB must centre the ball for a game winning field goal 9. Bad punt snap into end zone, kick ball thru 10. Bad gun snap into end zone, kick ball thru 11. Keep the ball alive on last play – Desperate Laterals 12. D has too many players on the field after ready for play – Snap and Throw Bomb

I think an important one to cover is when you block at kick or have one blocked. The O and D can advance it if it is behind the LOS, but if it is passed the LOS it is treated as a punt.

I remember a couple of years ago, Air Force was able to run their FG team on the field to kick a Field Goal against Houston with only 1 second on the clock. I would add that to the list if I were you. Heck, if you coach some of the teams I coach, just practicing who goes on and who comes off is worth it haha.

1. Grubber kick/dribbled ball 2. kicks beyond the LOS 3. Holder is NOT onside on FG attempts 4. Punt/missed FG into end zone on last play of tie game (Als-Argos situation) 5. drop-kick 6. Taking an intentional safety to burn clock 7. taking an intentional safety without trying to burn clock 8. Wide-ass-uncovered WR 9. Onside rockets on punt 10. running out clock when other team has timeouts - deep incompletions take longer than kneel-downs 11. Shanked KO - who should return it and who should just fall on it. 12. quick kick

Some of the stuff we practice more frequently (onside punt, missed FG etc)

Maybe I am just missing something but an "onside punt"

If you're behind the kicker (or the kicker himself) that ball is yours, go get it.
