Been taking them for the last 5-6 years as I have been applying for GA jobs. Some of the rules are ridiculous and unless you have studied that SPECIFIC date you have no chance of answering them. Good to know them though as it helps you plan your stuff at the HS level for when the colleges can actually come visit

19/30, I'm calling that a win. Some of those are very arcane.

And each in its turn probably creates a new, more complicated loophole.

And each in its turn probably creates a new, more complicated loophole. Which is why the rule book has over 400 pages.

I did ok on the football test. 23/30. One short of passing with no studying.
Basketball is a different story. 18/30. Seemed like every question was about AAU tournaments and coaches..
I'll stick to football. where the high school is still a part of the recruiting process

You are allowed to use the book when you take the test.. I have taken many and although I passed them all, I never scored a 100 and only knew one guy that did consistently

Ha, I am terrible, 60% and felt like I was taking a Midterm for a class I never enrolled in, guess my dreams of being Notre Dames head coach are dashed

All of the practice tests that you take you can print them out and use them on the test, as well as, the book. The book is confusing as hell! Most people just take about 20 tests a couple days before and print them all out, and use those instead of the book. They are thinking very seriously of doing away with this test.

The actual rule book is insane. I read it and it takes a good, long while to prepare for it your first time around. Guys who been doing it for 20 plus years consider it a hassle, lol.
