Well, the starting qb entering the season we had, tore his PCL in his knee in our first scrimmage. This put quite a damper on our offensive production to say the least. He has worked hard since then and will now be the starting qb tonight with a torn pcl in his knee and a brace. We won't be running much of our veer stuff with him at all, but he can execute the offense and the doctors say his knee won't get any worse. I am proud of him making it back to play his senior year to contribute. Any more stories out there like this?

Well...we have a senior who blew out his knee last year in wrestling. He dressed for practice for the 1st time on Tuesday after finally getting clearance from his doctor. The kid was not even a starter or major contrubutor last year but just loves football. He never missed one practice for any reason. He was at every 2-a-days and all that. Now he is back on the scout team...loving every minute of it.
