Wow, now that I think about this question, we do a heck of a lot of unconventional stuff. We are a very small school, playing in a league with bigger schools. We pride ourselves in hitting hard and fundamentally sound. One thing we do is pop in a controlled setting before games as part of our warmups. In practice its more than a pop, its pop and drive your man to the dirt. Young players and divas cant hide in this drill. Is there a record for going for it on 4th down? We do that a lot more than others- we have always had confidence our defense can get a stop. Dynamic Stretching is something newer that we do. Stretch while moving, instead of touch your toes and count to ten. Proven to prevent injuries too. And our offense- the Double-Wing. We come at you with 0 splits, misdirection, and throw about 3-5 times a game.
