What kind of sled is this, and where can I purchase it? I noticed that a lot of NCAA and pro teams use this style of sled.

If I recall correctly we got our post mount trainers from Rae-Crowther but I could be mistaken. I personally love them

That's actually in my backyard, I live up the street from the practice facility. Would you like me to throw it in a U-Haul and drive it out your way?!

Notice how they are fixed to the ground in such a way that you can actually come of the block and not trip over the cross bar of the sled.

I need to get a football on a stick! Take an old ball cut a hole for a broom handle. (to make the hanlde stay in place better, you can screw a piece of wood to the end...inside...but you need a bigger hole cut and sewn back up.) Then get the expanding foam from Home depot and shoot it in to the ball.
