Anyone else agree with me that the game has become a joke that puts the defense at an extreme disadvantage?
I saw 4 or 5 plays yesterday that were excellent defensive plays, but drew flags for "hitting a defenseless receiver", "helmet to helmet contact" and pass interference.
I understand protecting the players, but Good Lord being a defensive player in that league has to be frustrating.
