Here is what we do, I'm not 100% happy so I'd like to hear what others do or think might be improved
20 Min: Review defensive packet (opponents offense) and watch top forms and plays on film
15 Min: Film on opponents defense, chalk up what we will do
5-10 Min: Film on opponent ST and any changes
10-15 Min: Opponent formation rec. and walk through of top plays
20 Min: Team offense (just to wrap)
15 Min: Conditioning
All done in shells (well not the film)

Why aren't you happy with it? I feel like we should be doing more, or at least the possibility is out there to do more

Ww don't bring the kids on Saturday. On Monday we lift, watch the film of our game, then go outside and walk through the scouting report and game plan followed by light running.

Ya i'd say it doesnt look bad. If theres something specific that you feel needs work, put it in. but it looks like you got a lot covered. Only thing i'd add is maybe a lift period but it looks sound.

The linemen lift while the skills are on film and then we switch. This usually takes about 45 minutes for each group. Then we head out to the field for about 70 minutes and go over scouting reports and changes for the week. We are usually in and out in around 2 1/2 hours and the kids are out by 630 at the latest.
