Coaches, There was a thread a little while back about sunglasses and I wanted to get your thoughts on shoes. For some reason this season my feet have been torn up. What do you guys do to protect your dogs?

I wear a different pair of shoes each day (rotate, that is, through 4 or 5 pair). I also wear running shoes, not coaching shoes.

I wear cleats at my practice. Just in case I have to show the kids a drill I won't slip and fall lol

Turf shoes here, I wear size 17 so not many options. Bigshoes.com has Nike turf shoes I think I paid 80 bucks, they last me 3-4 years and double as my golf shoes.

Anybody who is on their feet a lot should rotate shoes. One pair on the way into rotation, one in the middle, one on the way out.
I was discussing this with somebody who got the wrong idea "You mean wear my left shoe on my right foot?"

Boombah.com Awesome turf shoes for coaching. Just about any color combination you can think of. $49 a pair and they hold up well. Sometimes find close-outs for around $20.
