Joe kock, the former head coach at Oak Creek wisconsin resigned today. a internal investigation led to information regarding transfers which were not on the up and up. one should not try and steel another teams players in masses. oak creek, (which some times is labeled choak creek, as they tend to have great athletes and they tend to lose big playoff games. ) is a suburban milwaukee school and has been a power house. word is, they had several transfers into oak creek from milwaukee city schools. needless to say, city school coaches accused him of recruiting. rather then be fired, as being fired would get you a lifetime ban, he resigned, so he can coach again some where. www.jsonline.com/sports

Saw him at the UT(ennessee) coaches clinic a couple years ago. Had a real good presentation on program building (ironically).

I think his name is spelled Koch and pronounced cook.
Anyway this is one of those unfortunate situations were nobody wins.
I feel bad for These kids who were involved with the illegal actions. In some ways these kids might not of known what was up. Because of this just win attitude one kid now forfeits his senior season where he could have played if he had stayed with his previous school. This should be a lesson to coaches who want to play outside the rules eventuality you will get caught. We are all here to coach a game we love, It's to bad some of us go beyond the boundaries.

while i see nothing wrong with this post, i would rather us not get into any type of a rumor mill board. even though all the information may be factual in nature, i think it best for our board to keep things such as this to the emails or pms rather than the general board.
thanks for the understanding
