Looking to brainstorm ideas for the first four days of two-a-days. How do you guys adjust to the non-contact element?

We hit dummies, work on form, do everything that we normally would without tackling to the ground. We want to familiarize the kids to the flow and speed of drills/practice so we can hit the ground running when we do put pads on.
