Great read. Excellent information that all coaches should adhere to. Reminders like these are always great to reinforce the strengths and improve upon the weaknesses of a coach. Thanks for posting the article delta.

Great read! I'm a young coach so I feel like I have a lot of these qualities simply because I'm still excited every day. I will be showing this to my staff
Also reminds you a little that you as a coach can't really have an off day or your kids will too

Pushing that elite athlete just as hard as you do the less talented kid is a great trait. I definitely need to remember that they are going to make mistakes as well. Great post. I wish all coaches understood these things.
