We are spending about 10 to 20 minutes of each off-season workout in some sort of drill to make our guys compete. We have split the group into two groups and had them compete as teams and we also have had them pair up and compete head to head. In pairs we have wrestled, tire tug of war, tag sprints, sumos, shoe drill. As teams we did tire flip relays, reg relays, shoe drill (in pairs on knees one pair had 10 seconds for both in pair to touch my shoe as I stand at the end of the mat while the other group has to keep them from being able to accomplish this) I am coming ino a program that has been down and we are trying to teach them how to win. THE REASON FOR THIS POST IS TO GET OTHER IDEAS FOR COMPETITION SO THAT WE DONT GET STALE WITH WHAT WERE DOING FOR THE NEXT 7 MONTHS. THANKS IN ADVANCE.
