Used Pro Scout and put together a playlist. Then used it to create an mpeg file of the video. Went to Google video and set up and account and it pretty much walks you through uploading the video. Fairly painless. One piece of advice would be to go ahead and set up a google account before you get started. You have to respond to an email to verify the account and its easier to get that taken care of before hand instead of in the middle of the process. But overall a pretty simple deal.

much respect to the old poster, 'Thurman', who made the first googlevideo post on here ( i think)....it really helps guys like ME who need visuals. Best thing about GoogleVideo is; 1) Free
2) pretty much unlimited video size you can upload (most of my vids are 1.5 Gigs! Some of the other ones for some reason or another get hacked down to 6 minutes, but I'm working on fixing it) - most other vid hosting sites limit you to 100mb.
3) GoogleVideo uses it's own codec so no matter what format your video is in, others can watch it without needing a specific video codec.
4) its Free
