Anyone have any recommended vendors or advice when looking at delay of game clocks? I just priced one out at $3000...that's a big hit to the coffer.

Wait until you see the cost to run the cable under your track to the pressbox. Not too many companies have that special drill.

When we did ours, the two timers were $2500 EACH, and the drilling to run the cables under the track cost $8000. I'm sure it prices have changed in the 10-12 years since we put them in.

You could make one with a $50 Hock Shop TV, a $20 S-Video cable, a grade 10 student and 10 minutes of effort in Visual Basic...
