Curious how other coaches organize this period. We are a small squad so a lot of our skill guys double as kickers, punters, returners, etc.
And the way we do it now only have five minutes for passing so receivers don't get a lot of reps.
Suggestions?

We take QB's and Centers out 1 hour and 15 before gametime, centers snap to QB and Qb's work on 3 step drop and throw about ten yards, after about 10 reps they work on roll outs..
At 1 hour before gametime the skill guys and snappers come out..we start with nose drill, then run a few routes..during this time the snappers are doing there warm up drills....we always tell the main recievers to work themselves up in the line so they get more reps.... (routes, go, slant, hitch)
At 45 mins till game time the remainder of the team comes out....during this time we start kicking.....the lineman do form running and work on footwork drills to warm up.
At 35 mins till we stretch as a team....run a few offensive plays and a couple of defensive pursuits....
We try to be back in the locker room with 15 mins to game time for prayer and put shoulder pads on

For a 7:00 kick... 5:40 - Specialists - kickers, punters, snappers, holders, returners and qb's come out. Punts and KO work each sideline kicking into the endzone. FG/PAT start from 10, then go hashes and back to 15. Rotate guys through if they have double duty at any of these spots. QB's throw stationary on the sideline to get loose. 5:50 - Remainder of skill guys come out. WR's, TE's, RB's. Run routes and throw on air. Start with quick hitches, progress to fades. 6:05 - Rest of the team come out. Static then dynamic stretch. 6:15 - Offensive Indy. 6:20 - Offensive Team. 6:30 - Defensive Indy. 6:35 - Defensive Team. 6:45 - Locker Room, prayer, final prep. 6:55 - On field for anthem, coin toss, game.

celtic, do your kickers, punters continue until 6:05?
If not, what are they doing while QB-WRs et al are throwing?

blb, they all doubled at a skill position the last few years. so they'd jump into a line with the wr's, et al.
if we had someone who totally specialized in kicking, i'd think about having them punt the width of the field around the 50. while our qb's were throwing out of the endzone starting at the goal line. sending the pk/ko guy to the sideline to kick on the kicking net is another thought.
we also normally use an injured kid to simulate the qb snap. maybe i'd use them for that if i didn't want them to take too many kicks before the game.
