I'm just curious how many high schools out there use motivational videos. We have an assistant coach here who started using Imovie to make motivationals last year, and he's EXTREMELY talented at it. I've seen some college motviationals, and I definately put him on par with theirs... of course the content of these makes them mean a bit more to me.
Thoughts? Do them? Don't do them? Think they're a waste of time?
Also, feel free to share memories of any you may have seen when you were a player in college, etc...

What is the harm in showing them? Maybe 1 kid gets inspired or maybe 40 kids get inspired. If it is no time out of your schedule then I say let the man continue. I like them and I am sure all coaches get them and understand the underlying statements but some teenagers are so mentally immature they just can't grasp the hidden messages that are their.
I wish I had someone doing them every week, maybe I would call a better game after watching it friday, doubt it would make me worse...
