I am a young coach wanting to learn how to build a program and win football games. I am looking for some of the best resources you have come across; Books, websites, or any other resources you recommend.

This is the single best site or book that you can read. Just use the search bar and go looking for info.

Start out sorting by replies, read the threads with the most replies in each section. Then, figure out what you learn and start sorting alphabetically, finding threads that might start with what you want. I.e. I want to learn about the 3-4, so I sort alphabetically and start digging through all threads that start with "3-4", etc.
I swear that those two things have been instrumental in me accelerating my learning. If you want book recommendations, well, get your post count up (not artificially, make real, meaningful posts) and when you qualify for the book section, dig in! I think it's a reasonable process, really, because in the time it takes you to unlock that section, you'll get to do PLENTY of reading already.

This site is a great resource. Also, many coaches have websites in their signatures, many of them are very good.
