I have a pair of the under armour cold gear receivers gloves I use for practice, and a pair of the under armour sideline fleece gloves I wore for games; but neither was really that warm. I have been looking for a good pair of warm gloves that I can use for practice and games. I found cutter has some fleece lined coahes gloves, neuman has some winter coaches gloves.
What does everyone use for practice and games when the weather is cold??

When it gets so cold that I need gloves fashion is the least of my worries. I just get the warmest pair that I can find.

It's more than fashion sometimes....I'd like to hear ideas too. Need to be able to handle a football at least a little bit with something warm

Look for "Spring" ski gloves. They come in different styles but you can usually find leather gloves that are not as bulky but still lined-basically a lined batting glove or reciever glove. That is what I have used for years. They still offer you the ability to handle a football. I can still throw passes with them and they keep my hands warm.

What I did this year was buy a pair of regular cutter's football gloves? Bought them ones size to big. Then I put the little cotton gloves on underneath them (the kind you buy at walmart for $1). It worked for me but it also didn't get that cold this year. I am going to use that method again this year.

I had the neuman gloves at the time they were called coaches gloves. Not sure if that has changed.

I have a pair of Neumanns. I think they are durable and made pretty good. The newer products I think breakdown easier and aren't as protective against the elements.

neuman are good had them for 3 years, allows you to keep your hands warm and still be able to throw the ball.

depends what you're doing, if you don't handle the ball or a pen or anything, get some arctic mitts from the surplus store. Note: the sheep fur on the back is not a snot-wiper, rub the two sheepskin pads together to generate heat, then press them against your face. If you handle a ball but not a pen, get some GOOD ski gloves, from a reputable brand. If you need to handle a pen, get some light gloves to wear under the arctic mitts, they're bulky enough to slip on and off easily when you need to write something and get your hand warm again quickly. But I'm assuming some fairly serious winter weather like we get here.
