Personally, I think there's plenty of interesting things kids can do to get it shape now and develop an interest in lifetime fitness, besides the same old stuff......any sort of martial arts type training, yoga.....stuff like that.....I think kids these days would really go for stuff like this in PE....and would make an effort to excell in it.....just cause its a little out of the ordinary.....like football, some of this stuff also teaches mental toughness.....self discipline.....and you can get/stay in shape....just gotta be creative to get their attention......anyhow, thats my 2 cents worth....I'm done now, lol
