I am trying to find ways to have some type of team building for boys and girls coaching staff. Yes the staff not the kids. If any of you have any ideas let me know. Thanks

One school I was at, we had a family night once a month. We would rotate who's house it was at, but we would all meet on a sunday afternoon and have a BBQ or a dinner where everyone brought wife and kids (some guys brought dates or came solo if they were single).
By the end of the night, we would usually end up with all the coaches having a gameplan meeting or some kind of meeting for about an hour or two, all the wifes and girlfriends would watch a movie, or sit in the pool/hottub for a while, and the kids would be outside running around playing tag or whatever.
If you get a staff who is willing to put in the time one day a month, this can be a great thing to build trust within a staff.

The great staffs I've been on, just enjoyed being with each other. We all meet in the HC office in season and out before school to just BS with each other. We all would go get a beer after work.
Stuff like that cant be forced.
