Any Coach know where I can buy the chart / game plan holder the attaches to your belt???
Man, I just can't find this on the net. I know I viewed the website once and for the life of me I can't find it again....
Thanks for your help!!

I'm willing to bet that if you hit up staples/office depot you'll be able to find some kind of ID badge type dealie that you can tweak to your needs.

I use a janitor's key ring - clips on your belt with retractable chain - costs about $5. I've found that the ID badge ones tend to be too flimsy.

Do you carry two hundred keys along with your charts?
I'm just asking because that would be the coolest thing ever. ;D

Take a single hole punch, punch a hole in the chart, then take a whistle lanyard, put the loop end through your belt loop, run the clip end through the loop, then clip the chart to the lanyard. Works like a charm.

i use a retractable id badge holder. it clips to my belt and secures to the call sheet. i like the retractable one because when im not using it, it just goes right back to my belt, instead of flopping around by my knees somehere.

Coachguy.
No, I don't have 200 keys - I'm not a PE teacher! It would be kind of cool though. I like the retractable better than a lanyard - with the lanyard it drags down around your knee instead of hanging at your hip.

staples has the retractable ID holders, that youd put on a belt for like a door access card, i have one and it works awesome, you can punch a hole in your chart and key ring it to the holder and it snaps back in when you let it go, i love it, its a dream and they cost like 2 bucks

I've always done the hole punch and whistle lanyard, but I love the retractable key chain/ID holder idea. I've never thought of that one. Great stuff!!

Lanyard!!! Tried the retractable ID holder in one game. I let go of my call sheet (laminated card stock) and one of the corners stuck me in the sack. I tried to play it off, but my LB coach saw it happen and proceeded to LHAO! Yes, the corners were rounded off, but it still hurt like an SOB. Never again.
I'm sticking to a lanyard.

I use a caribeener (sp?) and a key ring. Hole punch the call sheet and thread the key ring through. Got it at LL Bean for 5 bucks, clips on my belt and I just unclip the key ring and I'm ready to go.

What do you guys need this mega thing hanging by your belt for? What info could you possibly have on it. I guess I like the Paul Johnson way. Keep it in your head.
