Coaches,
We have a very good staff of professional coaches. I believe our program goals are known by most. What I am trying to do is put together a manual that outlines what we want as a staff from 7-12 grade.
Also, I want to have clearly stated what our program goals are (at each level) and what our plan to win is (beaten into our coaches and players heads at all levels)
Much has been talked about regarding Urban Meyers document that he gives to all his assistant coaches that outlines everything that has to do with his program (he has followed this at all his stops).
Would any of you be willing to share this document if your program has such one.
email is jmontesano@rhnet.org
Thank you for any help you can provide.

Coach,
There are TONS of examples around. Try a search here and also scribd has a lot to offer as well.

Does anyone have an example of Urban's document. It would be interesting to see.

In Urban's Way, he talks about a document he wrote before he started his 1st head job. It is called "The Plan to Win" and details everything about his program. What the coaches do, how practice is run, what to do before games, etc. If I remember correctly I think it is 134 pages.
