My wife and I have commited ourselves to moving to Arizona - we should be there within 2-3 months (or less). My wife's entire family lives in the Tucson area, so that's where she wants to go, but Phoenix (particularly the SE area - Chandler/Gilbert) would be close enough to work as well. The goal is just to be closer to her family so our daughter can grow up knowing her relatives.
Where we end up will depend on which of us gets a job first and where that job is. So, anyway, if anyone knows of any job openings in or near either Tucson or Phoenix, please let me know. Most of my background is in marketing and sales (I currently do marketing consulting, focusing on Social Media, but I've also worked in technology, Internet, and commercial real estate - which I don't really want to go back to, amongst other industries). I would love to do something sports related, but that's not a requirement - I'm really pretty flexible. My wife works in Human Resources (she's been in the Hospitality industry, but HR is pretty transferable, so she should be able to work in any industry).
If anyone here can help me or my wife land something, depending on where the job is and where we end up living, I'll do my best to come coach in your organization (or promise to stay away if that's your preference, LOL). Thanks in advance for any help (whether it's a lead, an idea, an introduction, etc.) you can provide.
