Anyone have any good advice on some solid playbook software. Any opinions on the Coaches Office system?

I'd suggest playmaker pro or if you don't want to spend so much money MS Powerpoint

I use Powerpoint, and have used E-Playbook, and Coaches office in the past.
What do you plan to do with the software? are you creating handout? just a place to store your playbook? Coaches office is a fairly robust program but you may not need allt he features it has and it is pricey. E playbook is pretty solid for creating playcards, and scripts. However they really do not do anything that you cannot teach yourself how to do in Powerpoint.

I am a Playmaker Pro guy. For all kinds of reasons. Great product, great support, pretty good support. This is from an old thread - but if you really "get" Powerpoint - use it. But if you don't, and don't need to learn Powerpoint for anything else, buy Playmaker Pro. My two cents. Jack Rarick Holt Football www.coachsvideoassistant.com

I mix it up. I user Playmaker Pro for the drawing of the playing field, and sometimes for the drawing of formations.
I then take this as a picture and paste it into powerpoint, where I do the drawing, textwriting, etc... Worked fine for me, because of the powerpoint animation-tool.

I like playmaker pro the best. The people at B.W. software have always been great to me when I have had any questions. I have used the program for 13 years.
