And one guy like that makes the rest of the team much better. I know he plays with very talented teammates, but a leader like that raises the performance of those around him.

I think that regardless of anything else, he's one of the most amazing leaders, competitors, and people to ever play the game, at any level. I WISH that my players would look to him as a role model. You can take or leave the God-squad portion of his persona (personally, I love seeing a young man with his courage) but he really is a unique player and person.
I can imagine Urban Meyer quitting after this season and saying "I'm not going to find one better, so I'm done."

If only more people could have the character that Tebow has. He is probably THE role model to look up to. And I am a Tenn Vols fan and I can find nothing wrong with this kid. I know several get tired of him showing his faith but I think that shows how strong of a person he really is. A lot of people are saying that he will not amount to anything as a pro...well, I am also a 49ers fan. Tebow, you can go to my niners anytime and play. I'm sure Mike S. would love to have him as well

I know I wish I had at least one guy like him every year.

Great player better person. Could you imagine if your whole team was like this and you just had to caoch instead of worry about which kid was the next one to cause a problem.
