The communication in the program I work in is great; very professional.
However, I was sitting in a 7am meeting for my second job this morning (retail) and I was floored by the amount of condescending communication that was going on...I mean, it was ridiculous; the various department managers were fighting amongst themselves like children... I was waiting for one of them to stand up, wave her finger in the air and say 'Oh No You Di'n't!'.... I mean, this is supposed to be a professional business meeting with people acting as such.
Have any of you experienced this type of communication within a football program???
